Refund policy

Paid plans are for creators (teachers and coaching centres). Students never pay to join a class or to practise.

Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund it in full.
  • After that, you can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and is not renewed.
  • If we suspend a studio for breaking the content policy, the unused part of the plan is not refunded.

How to ask

Write to labsbdtech@gmail.com with your studio name and the payment reference. Refunds are returned to the bKash or bank account that paid, within 10 working days.
